Any damage or mechanical issues found with the product must be reported immediately, an investigation into the damage and replacement will be issued to the hirer. If foul play or intentional damage is to be found, the hirer will be charged the full price of the hiring contract to be paid within 7 days, plus any additional costs of repair or if a new purchase has to be made to replace the stock for BA Lifting Operations Ltd.
